Bina Fink is a Con Artist

According to court records, Bina Fink has been scamming victims in South Florida for the past three decades. She has a history of FELONY CHARGES for GRAND THEFT and PASSING BAD CHECKS.

In the past she has gone by “Bina Kohl” or “Bina Fink Kohl” or “Bina Fink Blau” to allegedly scam people.

According to some of her victims, she allegedly presents herself as a Democratic Operative or a Music Promoter or a Model/Talent Scout or a Private Investigator or an Adoption Expert or a “Publicist to the Stars” to trick money out of people.

Numerous victims have reported being scammed by her on websites like RipOffReport.com AND Incomplaints.com AND Holysmokes.com

According to this publicly posted Google Review, Bina Fink also has knack for befriending people and “borrowing” money from them and never paying them back.

She reportedly crashes public events and takes pictures with celebrities and politicians and then posts those pictures on a dozen blogs and social media accounts she created to ensure anyone she’s trying to scam who googles her name will see her blogs and social media accounts come up in the search and feel “confident” giving her money. And that enables her to appear as a ”mover and shaker” in politics and entertainment so she can better sell her scams.

According to court records, one of the most ballsy scams Bina Fink ever pulled was when she tricked her employer into believing she was on a phone call with Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz and that Shultz owed Fink $10,000 and was planning to “repay” her the following week and if her employer just advances her the $10,000, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz would pay him back instead. Her employer believed her and loaned her the $10,000 and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz never paid him back like Fink swore she would. So he took Bina Fink to court and won a judgement against her.
